He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilkins and Irene Wilkins (Hand); and his daughters, Denise and Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Carol Wilkins (Clay) of Weatherford, Texas; his daughter Erika; his son-in-law Tim Eckley; his son Joel Wilkins; his grandsons, Zachary and Ian Wilkins; his grandchildren-in-law, Susan, Mark Stockstill, Sara and Pachis De; his stepgrandsons, Mark Alan Stockstill, Jr. and Clayton Maxwell; and his sister Maureen Wilkins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
