We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2024, at the age of 91, Hazel Mary Eisan (Dallas, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Don Eisan. She is survived by: her children, Lynda, Mike Brown, Wendy, Scott Smith, Kevin and Gen Eisan; her grandchildren, Ryan, Misty Brown, Cheryl, Craig Smith, Austin, Kayla Eisan and Daniel Eisan; and her great grandchildren, Layla, Molly, Emily Brown, Grayson, Riley and Harper Smith.
