With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Walter Riggs of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil D. Riggs and Beatrice Riggs (Myers); and his wife Margie. He is survived by: his children, Debra Mitchell (James), Donna Macaluso (Mike) and Mark Riggs (Jill); and his grandchildren, Andrea Macaluso, Kyle Riggs (Heidi), Steven Burt (Sheila), Randy Burt (Bri), Jessica Pierson (Jason), Erin Hobbs (Nick), Meredith Nolen (Matt), Amanda El-Aya (Phil) and David Burt. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins.
