He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Ray Norris, Sr. and Mary Kathleen Williamson Norris. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Roberts; his children, Lisa Flagg (Brett) of Frisco, TX, Scott Norris (Mary Jane) of Bulverde, Texas and Jennifer Richardson (Gene) of Dallas, Texas.; his grandchildren, Ashely Langdon (Wendell), Baker Flagg (Brittney), Tyler Taylor (Josh), Haley Flagg, Caroline Taylor (Jack), Daniel Richardson and Kathryn Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Ainsley, Soren Taylor, Walker and Kendell Langdon.
