He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Wheeler and Lena L. Musgrove Wheeler; and his brother Jimmy Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Wheeler of Kenedy; his children, Ryan Jenschke of Fredericksburg, Kelsey Jenschke of Buda, Codie Prinz of Salado, Brodi Volek of Round Rock and Jodi Shannon of Buda; and his sister Trish Hutto of San Antonio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
