She was predeceased by: her parents, Urty Colburn and Doris Colburn; and her son-in-law Bruce Meier. She is survived by: her husband David Copeland; her children, Dianna Meier of Pflugerville, Texas, Allen Copeland (Delanna) of McKinney, Texas, Bill Copeland of McKinney, Texas and Kevin Copeland (Millie) of Cedar Park, Texas.; her grandchildren, Jessica Null of Leander, Texas, Jillian Pope of Arvada, Colorado, Aaron Meier of Honolulu, Hawaii, Cody, Kyler, Colten Copeland of McKinney, Texas, Tanner, Berkley Copeland of McKinney, Texas, Paul and Anslee Copeland of Cedar Park, Texas; and her brother Gary Colburn of Corsicana. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sparkman Funeral Home (1029 S Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Restland Cemetery (13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75081). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of the Heights Church (201 W Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75080).
