He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Lowell Ray Vance; his siblings, Roger Allen Vance and Linda Kay Vance; his wife Neta Fay Vance; his children, Katerina Fay Vance, Bobby Ray Vance (January) and Tammy Kay Williams; his grandchildren, Dillan Vance, Melissa Vance, Harley Vance, Lacey Williams, Sheridan Williams, Cheyenne Vance and Sierra Vance; his mother Alice Jeannette Vance; and his brother Larry Wayne Vance. He was also cherished by many other extended family and cherished friends.
