He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Nicole; his son-in-law Gary Lindholm; his grandsons, Korbin Chase and Christian Lindholm; his sister-in-law Sherry Davis; his niece Kristy Parker; his nephew James Gammill; his cousin Allen Leigey; his nieces, Debbie Hucke and Diana Friberg; and his nephew David Roeshot.
