He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Lucinda Sims and David Samuel Sims; and his brother Jim. He is survived by: his sons, Brian and Kyle; his brothers, Mike and Dan (Vicki); and his mother-in-law Lois Hodges (Diana Hodges). He is also survived by His nieces and nephews.
