He was predeceased by: his father Rocco Palombi; and his brother Rocky. He is survived by: his mother Joan Palombi (Gorsuch); his children, Jane, Rocco and Natalie; his siblings, Rick Palombi, Julie Palombi, Kathy Lucas (Mike), Lori Imm (Don) and Nancy Quiroga (Andy "China"); and his nieces and nephews, Nick, Melissa, Anthony, David, Kelly, Julia and Jennifer.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks expressions of sympathy in Frank's name directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.
