He was predeceased by: his parents, John Balie Finks, Jr. and Frances Jacobs Finks. He is survived by: his wife Janice Ann Wade; and his children, Jim (Fran), Russ (Tina) and Leanne (Brock). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
