Though Francisco may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Ortiz and Victor Chavez; and his sisters, Zoila Rivas and Mercedes Ortiz. He is survived by: his siblings, Mara Ortiz, Teresita Rivas and Victor Ortiz. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
