She is survived by: her children, Anthony Gayton, Jr., Donald Ray Young, Jr. (Cleopatra Valdez), Donovan Ray Young and DeLaina Marie Young; her grandchildren, Jaxen DeAngelo Gayton, Jasen DeAnthony Gayton, Sunny Young, Hailey Young, Jewel Duncan, Laila Valdez, Amere Valdez and Lala Valdez; and her siblings, Christine Castillo and Domingo, Jr. (Sylvia Sanchez). She is also survived by many other extended family members and dear friends.
She spent several years as an apartment leasing agent, before dedicating 16 years of her career to social work at the Bethlehem Foundation, where she tirelessly served her community.
