He is survived by: his wife Allie Dee Lukin (Leeth); his children, David Lukin, Mark Lukin, Anne Lukin and Richard Lukin; his grandchildren, Aaron, Nicole, Leo and Erin; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Sullivan and Savanah. He is also survived by 3 nieces, and 4 nephews.
