He is survived by: his sister Elaine Gerk; his children, Adam Miller (Alecia), Scott Rethmeier and Kathy Adam; his grandchildren, Ilea Salamone, Nicole Heffron, Breanne Little, Chance Padgett (Kimberly Carter), Damien, Samantha, Cody Rethmeier, Hannah and Abbie Miller; and his great grandchild Atreus Padgett. He is also survived by his family and friends.
