He is survived by: his daughter Judy Petty; his son-in-law James Petty; his granddaughter Lain Green; his sister Penny Goodan; his siblings-in-law, Joe Ortiz, Jesse Ortiz, Rudy Ortiz, Frank Ortiz, Lupita Garza, Carla Martinez and Maria Ortiz; and his nieces and nephews, James Morey, Justin Morey, Steven Torres, Mark Torres, Jesse Ortiz, Danny Ortiz, Emilio Ortiz, Fernando Martinez Jr., Mick Garza, Joel Garza, Rudy Ortiz Jr., Michael Ortiz, Jade Reed, Samantha Martinez, Kassandra Herrera and Brianna Ortiz.
