She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Foote and Emma Foote; her husband Rufus Stepp; her sister Georgia Anne Luckett (Evan Ray); her brother-in-law Evan Ray Luckett; her daughters-in-law, Donna Stepp and Kim Stepp; her grandchildren, Shawna Cleere, Shaderia Stepp, Crystal Henderson and Rebecca Stepp; and her great grandchildren, Dillon Stepp and Evine Decker.

She is survived by: her children, Rufus Lee Stepp Jr. (Connie Cleere), Larry Stepp, Charles Stepp (Sharon Stepp) and Leah Simpson; and her grandchildren, Rufus Lee Stepp III, Nick Stepp, Jeff Stepp, Brandon Stepp, Natasha Ovalle (Michelle Ovalle), Destiny Turner (Nicholas Turner), Marissa Petronico (Michael Petronico), Jolene Taylor (Larry Taylor), Jeff Tatum, Rebecca Neal, Sarah Neal, Rachel Simpson, Aurora Simpson (Armando Navarro), John Simpson and Jenny Rose Whiteshirt. She is also survived by 40 great- grandchildren, 14 great great-grandchildren.
