He is survived by: his wife Sally Alvarez; his son Denny Alvarez; his daughter-in-law Lisa; his grandchildren, Brett, Luke, Chad and Ashley; his son Chad Alvarez; his daughter-in-law Tiffany; his grandson Austin (Abbey); his great grandchild Weston; his grandson Wesley (Taylor); his daughter Christine Peters; his son-in-law Matt; his grandchildren, Addison, Jake and Cooper; his son Andrew Alvarez; and his siblings, Joel Alvarey, Doug Alvarez and Anita Strawn. He is also survived by his family and friends.
