She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Sherwood Smith and Phyllis Ann Brown; and her sister Patricia Henson. She is survived by: her husband Bryan Robert Church; her sons, Barrett Allen Botkin (Kaycee) of Nederland, TX and James William Church of Simpsonville; her siblings, Howard Henson III of Benbrook, TX and Francine Henson of Dallas, TX; and her grandchildren, Nolan, Lucas, Chandler and Presli.
