He is survived by: his children, Debbie Katz (Bruce) of Dallas, Daniel Shusterman (Amy) of Dallas, Doug Shusterman of Dallas and Hilary Sherman; his sister Sara Lee Jacobson; his nieces, Judy Morrison (Rick) of Baltimore and Betsey Collins; his brother-in-law Larry Fine (Linda) of Denver; his nephew Landon Fine (Kristen); and his niece Melissa Fine (Tim Campbell).
