He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Campbell (Kinsman) and Clarence Thelmer Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Regina Campbell; his daughter Lauren Garcia (Miguel) of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren, Matteo and Isabel Garcia; his brother Stephen Campbell (Mary Ann) of Midway, UT; his nephew Dr. Christopher Campbell (Jenny); his great-nephew Wes Campbell; and his great-niece Emily Campbell of Park City, UT..
