McDonald; his sister Harriett McDonald Walraven (Dan); and his nephew C. Chad Arnold (Jennifer). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He would be the first to take the dare to jump, wearing a full tux, into a swimming pool at a charity event or throw a dinner roll across a table at a party if the crowd seemed too stuffy.
