It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Renae Washington of Dallas, Texas, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Atha Lee McGowan; her parents, Willie Mae Phillips and Earl Lewis Washington Sr.; and her aunt Rosa Lee Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Velesta Washington and Michael Washington; her siblings, Earl L. Washington Jr., Rosalind Washington and Jaquelyn Phillips; her grandchildren, Jaseneca Beasley, Miccala Washington and Rodnesia Washington; and her great grandchildren, Jaiden, Jykayla, Jealeah, LaSante and Josiah. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
