She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Hugo Degner; her husband Hans; her mother Alma; and her siblings, Ernst, Henriette, Bernard, Anita, Ramona and Walter.
She is survived by: her children, John, Richard (Lisa) and Heidi (Richard); her brother Richard Rolf; her sister-in-law Joy of Springville; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Johnny (Jessica), Russell, Hannah, Chelsie, Madison, Benjamin (Natalie) and Annie; and her great grandchildren, Johnny, Charlie, Henry, Walter, Annabeth and Theodore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the Lutheran Hour or to Epiphany Lutheran Church, Pearland, Texas.
