It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudia Jayne Leeds (Dallas, Texas), who passed away on April 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Claudia Jayne departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Claudia Jayne may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Claudia Jayne leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dewayne; and her parents, James Smith and Jocyle Smith. She is survived by: her children, Loretta Hunt, Lori Pennington and Jason Leeds; and her brothers, James Smith, Paul Smith and Hoke Smith. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
