Brown, Jr. and Kay Elizabeth Wiggins Brown of Killeen, Texas; his wife Andrea MeShonn "Shonn" Evans; his children, Evan Clarence, Ryan Ella Marie and Lily Elizabeth of Dallas, Texas; and his aunts and uncles, Josiah Wiggins of Houston, Audrell Wiggins (Linda) of Houston, Paul Wiggins (Theresa) of Houston, Kenneth Wiggins of Houston, Kathy Wiggins of Houston and Renee Williams of Bay City, Texas.
