He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Alex Rubio; his sister Christina Alexis Rubio; his mother Celia Perez Mendez; his stepfather Sergio Mendez; his siblings, Andrew J. Rubio (Nancy Rubio), John Michael Rubio, Victoria Maldonado, John Alex Sanchez Rubio (Mona Sanchez Rubio), Teresa Elyse Rubio, Dora Ann Rojas and Stephanie Sanchez; and his grandmothers, Maria Perez and Mary Rubio Escamilla. He was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, and uncles.
