It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cherry Lee Cox of Dallas, Texas, born in Tioga, Texas, who passed away on June 18, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Alexander and Catherine Alexander (Trent); her husband Ben Cox; her son Brian Cox; and her brother Larry Alexander.

She is survived by : her sons, Jeff Cox (Julie) and Keith Cox (Kimberly); her daughter-in-law Shelly Ward (Steve); her daughter Cathy Cooper (Jon); her grandchildren, Lauren Cox (Kevin Nix), Michael Cox (Adrienne), Evan, Nolan Cox, Logan Ward (Sania), Miranda Koch (Fisher), Braeden, Landon and Camdan Cooper; her great grandchildren, Dillon, Jackson Nix, Jensen, Callum Cox, Alia, Ezran Ward and Piper Koch; her brother Paul Alexander (Patsy); and her siblings-in-law, Anne Alexander and John (Joy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Restland Funeral Home (13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75081). A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Restland Memorial Park (13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75081).
