He was predeceased by: his parents, Fern Maureen Jirik and Vincent John Jirik Sr.; his siblings, Vincent John Jirik Jr. (Deborah), Betty McCullough, Mary Ann Hunt and Catherine Bargers; his former wife Dee Jirik; his son Scotty Jirik; and his sister-in-law Janice Jirik.
He is survived by: his children, Rita Johns and Johnny Wayne Jirik; his granddaughter Charisse Johns; and his sisters, Sue Hay, Rose Margaret Vertrees, Evelyn Jirik, Janice King and Patricia Goodpasture (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
