She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Luker Cason Joy and Wilton Robert Cason, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Jacob C. Cason; and her siblings, Lynette Cason Lutz, Amanda Cason Sonnier, Wilton R. Cason, Jr. and David V. Cason. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
