She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wiley and Doris Wiley; her husband Richard Starkenberg; her brothers, Malkus Wiley and J. L. Wiley Jr.; and her nephews, Cody Tate and Wesley Cutrer.
She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Gautreaux (Dean), Joyce York (Keith), Bruce Wiley (Cindy) and Terry Wiley (Sandra); her sister-in-law Jane Starkenberg-Cook; and her nieces and nephews, Dara Broussard (Matt), Sara Arceneaux (Derek), Tashina Landis (David), Kayla Headley (Matt), Brandon Wiley (Shelly), Zachary York, Travis Wiley (Mandy), Terry Wiley, Jr. (Angela) and Edward Cook.
