Carol Ann West Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann West of Dallas, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Virginia Dare and Dess Sublett Cowherd; her brother James Lee Cowherd; her husband Ronald David West; her daughter Jennifer; her son-in-law Jeff Nelson of Dallas; her son David; her daughter-in-law Casey West of Austin; and her sisters, Sharon Walker of Houston and Debra Badger of San Antonio. She was also cherished by her six grandchildren; and numerous other extended family.
