He was predeceased by: his parents, Filomena Banda and Sabino De La Rosa. He is survived by: his wife Dolores De La Rosa; his children, Fernando Vargas, Delicia De La Rosa and Monica De La Rosa (Roberto Cruz); and his siblings, Elvira Herrera and Francisco De La Rosa.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (4830 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at the Oak Grove Memorial Gardens (413 E Irving Blvd, Irving, TX 75060).
