She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Gutierrez and Manuela Gutierrez; her husband Roberto Rios; her son Richard; her son-in-law Frank Miramontes; and her grandson Franco Miramontes.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Rios (Dolores), Ruben Rios (Mary) and Rosemary Miramontes; her grandchildren, Tony Rios (Mandy), Nina Miramontes, Michael Hernadez (Bernadette), Nick Miramontes, Andrew Rios and Alexander Rios; her great grandchildren, Serena Hernandez, Evan Hernandez, Gabrielle Vasquez-Badillo and Zavier Miramontes; and her siblings, Carmen Alvarado, Sara Rodriguez, Josefina Puente, Ruben Gutierrez, Esperanza Cortez and Eloisa Sanchez. She is also survived by her family and friends.
