He is survived by: his wife Mary Rangel; his sons, Frank Rangel, Bobby (Destiny Rangel), Isaiah Rangel and Matthew (Monica Rangel); his grandchildren, Emmanuel, Jayden, Isaiah, Roman, Jesse and Aviannii Rangel; his parents, Manuel Rangel and Florine Rangel; his parents-in-law, Ramon and Mary Meza; his sister Dolores O'Neil; and his siblings-in-law, Johnny, Sonia Martinez, Robert and Shannon Martinez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
