He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Taylor Harkins; his wife Judy Harkins; his parent Tommie Harkins (Wilkes); and his sister Lucy Leeman. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Jackson, Kim Miller, Johnny Harkins and Kelly Malone. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Laurel Land Memorial Park (6000 S R L Thornton Fwy, Dallas, TX 75232).
