He was predeceased by: his parents, Michie Osborne and Bessie Mae Osborne (Hamilton); his children, David Lance Osborne and Darlene Dale Osborne (Schubach); his wife Loudale; and his siblings, Bill, Don, Tex, Betty Sue and Rose (Infant).
He is survived by: his friend Dan Cepak; his granddaughter Jenny Fuller; his friends, Jason Roy and Chase Colwell; his grandson Kelly Schubach (Tammy); his great grandchildren, Amanda Schubach (Shawn), Cody Schubach (Sam) of San Antonio and Corey Schubach of San Antonio; and his great great grandchildren, Finn Schubach and Nick Schubach.
