He is survived by: his children, Laura Campbell Vest, Gregg Campbell and Donna Campbell (Mekki Ibnoueddas); his grandsons, Matthew Vest and Andrew Vest; his brothers, Leon Campbell (Jean) and Wayne Campbell; his siblings-in-law, Charles Rush (Rosalind) and Cherie Rush Johnson (Leland); and his nephew Tommy Rush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, business associates, and friends.
