She was predeceased by: her parents, Thais Peacock and Charles Alexander; her daughter Alane Keathley Mullen of Flower Mound; her brother William A. Alexander of Tyler; and her half-brother David Alexander of Las Vegas.

She is survived by: her husband Darrell H. Keathley; her daughter Vicki Keathley Carver (Rodney A. Carver) of Carrollton; her grandson Hunter M. Davis (Roxanna); her great grandchildren, Dallas and Daxon Davis of Sherman Oaks; and her half-sisters, Jennifer Hegg of Seal Beach and Diane Wright of Wylie.

Beverly had a long, healthy, active life until about eight years ago when she began developing the cruel Alzheimer's disease.
