She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Vaughn and Jewel Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, Frances Vaughn, Dianna Vaughn, Walter R. Heard (Lesia Sapp), James E. Heard, Mark W. Heard (Shalisa Heard) and Dwayne Heard; her stepchildren, Michael Heard, Charlotte Champion, Debra Heard, Sharon Heard, Gwen Hudspeth, Brenda Hudspeth, Deborah Buchanan and Christopher Hill; and her siblings, W. C. Vaughn, Larry Vaughn, Lester Vaughn, Michael Vaughn, Minnie J. Vaughn, Thelma J. Vaughn, Dian Pierce, Dorothy E. Vaughn, Charles Ray Vaughn, Robert Lee Vaughn, James Vaughn, Jimmy Vaughn and Doris Brown. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
