She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura Higginson of Watson and George Watson Prohias; her siblings, Anita Watson of Lanata, Molly Watson of Grosspietch, Jimmy Watson Higginson and Harry Watson Higginson of Peru; and her hermanas-primas, Lucha Garrido Lecca of Llewelyn-Jones and Tencha Garrido Lecca of Botto.
She is survived by: her husband John T. Nugent; her sons, John Thomas Nugent (Valeria) of Dallas, George Watson Nugent of Everett and Christopher Robert Nugent (Julie) of Bryan, Texas; and her granddaughters, Brighid Ann Nugent of Austin and Erin Elizabeth Nugent of Cleveland.
