She was predeceased by: her parents, Inez Gray and Marvin Petty; her husband J. R. Gilreath; her stepson Jimmy Gilreath; and her siblings, Terry, Buddy, Bit, Bruze, Bobby and Jerry.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Smith (Dan); her grandchildren, Darren, Kim, John and Jason; her great grandchild Tayson; and her sister-in-law Norma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Laurel Oaks Funeral Home (12649 Lake June Rd, Mesquite, TX 75180). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
