He was predeceased by: his parents, Azzie Arnick, Sr. and Lula Mae Buchanan Arnick; his wife Joyce O'Neal Arnick; and his daughter Gwenda. He is survived by: his children, Velma Lee and Donnie; his grandson Paul Gibbs (Marcia); and his great grandchildren, Aaron Gibbs and Leia Gibbs of Houston.
