She is survived by: her parents, Sedia Goines and Tunde Shoola; her stepfather Gerald Goines; her siblings, Bernard C. Akomas Jr. and Ashley Osborn; her grandmother Margerite Carter; and her fiancé Jarett Triplett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Mortuary (7800 Lake June Rd, Dallas, TX 75217).
