He is survived by: his wife Isabell Ines Trevino; his parent Silvia Perez Rios; his siblings, Johnny Trevino, Alysia Rios, Ray Rios and Sylvia Rios (Nay); his children, Andrew Ray Trevino Jr., Kristin Ines Trevino and Kayla Ines Trevino; his grandchildren, Asher Huynh and Leilani Karson Lopez; and also, Pete Perez, Mary Perez, Bobby Perez and Carson Lopez.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jeter & Son Funeral Home (4830 W Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75211).
