Govan; his siblings, Lucy Lee, Arvellar Govan, Ralvester and Vernell Govan; his great grandchild Kaiden Williams; his wife Willie Lee Govan (Alvester) of De Soto; his children, Melvin Wayne Govan of Dallas, Texas, Joseph Hanniah Govan (La Tricia), Billy Ray Walker (Shawn) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Chandra Govan of De Soto, Texas, Marsina Lynette Govan and Tasandra Hawkins (George) of Desoto Texas; and his grandchildren, Donte H. Govan, Skylon Smith Govan, Kennedi Govan, Rian Govan, Khaleeq Walker, Kamryn Walker and K'niaya Walker. He was also cherished by his siblings, other relatives and friends.
