He was predeceased by: his parents, Lila Tenison Smith and Alphonso Ragland Jr.; and his brother Cruger S. Ragland. He is survived by: his wife Tricia Ragland; his daughters, Margaret Ragland and Lilian Ragland; his stepson Jeff Moore (Michelle); his sister Lila Ragland Brown; his grandchildren, Briceson and Avery Moore; his great grandchild Addison Moore; his niece Jan Mueller (Mark); and his nephews, Scott Ragland (Terry), Cruger Ragland Jr. (Mary) and Ace Brown.
