He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Annie Ruth Pipkins, Thomas Pipkins, Lathaniel and Jimmie Lee Hines; and his aunts and uncles, Alfonzo Hines, Ollie Hines, Willie Herman Hines, Pamela Smith and Fay Lois Curry.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Hines; his sons, Thomas Lathaniel Hines and Alphonso Ra'mon Hines; his parents, JoAnn Hines and Sammy Kay Hines; his siblings, Charmaine Denise Hines, Abram Wesley Hines, Christopher Di'Shon Hines, Jamia Latrice Hines, Brian O'Neal Hines (Breamber) and Ollie Ray Hines; his in-laws, Esmeralda and Cristoval Diaz Jr.; his brothers-in-law, Juan Campos, Cristoval Diaz III and Georgie Diaz; his aunt Marzella Woulard; and his uncles, David Lynn Pipkins (Juanie), Edward Sirls and Tracy Sirls. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
