With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alford Taylor Hearne Jr. of Dallas, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Taylor Hearne and Ruth Louise Hearne (Cox); his sister Eugenia Wharton; and his granddaughter Emily Hearne. He is survived by: his wife Judith Gail Jones; his friend Young; his children, Julie Hearne Jodie (Kregg) and Michael Hearne (Julie); his sisters, Linda Childress (Truman), Barbara White (Doyle), Mary Martin (Jeff) and Jennifer Rickel; and his grandchildren, Megan Jodie Koudelka (Bobby), Eleanor Hearne Dobbs (Jay), Brandon Jodie, Marshall Hearne (Cassidy) and Miles Hearne.
He loved what he did and continued working until retiring full-time in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic.
