He is survived by: his parent Sherry Chism; his grandfather Charles Chism; his brothers, Dylan Chism, Gunner, Jagger and Colton Chism; his aunts, Terry Renshaw and Robbie Chism; and his cousins, Megan Renshaw, Elizabeth Todd and Richard Todd.
